Pinecone Alley, locals with extreme talent.

Pinecone Alley, a very talented local act with a mix of rock and jazz with a softer side as well. THeir music is so uniquely crafted, to the point that I have never witnessed any local with a similar style to theres. They may not be your music type, but they are worth a listen. Please do NOT ignore this post, do check them out, and even possibly downlaod their album here for free! http://pineconealley.bandcamp.com/album/the-things-people-lie-about

Terror, music built off of pure energy.

Terror is one of the most prominent bands in hardcore, still cranking out awesome albums to date. Built of of pure energy, terror provides music that creates the most wild, and out of this world stage performance you could ever witness. Stage dives, head walking, crowd surfing, all of this energy that this band creates is just amazing to see. The tunes they produce arent necessarily for everyone, but hey, why not step out of your comfort zone and try somethign new? Give them a listen, and preferably chek out the album "Keepers of the Faith", their latest release!

MGMT.

MGMT, what can I say, this duo has quite the unique, easy lsitening sound that will have you thirsty for more. Simple beats, electronic sounds and relaxing beats accompany soft vocals throughtout their CD's ensighting a relax, "chill" feel. Generally, they are a group that anyone could easily get into, no matter the music taste you call your own. Dont hesitate to give them a listen!

American Football, Jams strictly for Relaxing.

American Football is honestly one of the most serene and relaxing bands you can listen to. Their calming beats and little to no vocalization flow through you with such subtlness, and really just helps clear the mind. They are no longer a band, but their music is still available for download, dont hesitate to check them out!

Twitching Tounges, eerie music for the out of the box listener.

Twitching Tongues is an odd mix of different musical styles, ultimately bringing a new sound to the table. With a mix of acoustic intros, and hardcore riffs, with emotion filled singing along with anger filled yells. This band's music will definitely take you on a trip, and I can gurantee that you will be sucked in quick. I know it grew on me, because ever since i have discovered them, they have been stuck in my head! Odd sound, interesting music, get into it!

Title Fight

Title Fight, Title Fight, where do I start. This band is simply outstanding, energetic, yet relaxing as well. All releases to date are absolutley amazing. Not one song is bad, but thats just what I think. Their uplifting sound and overall energy never fails to put me in the best of moods, they may even have the same effect on you. i HIGHLY reccomend this band, they may click with you as much as they have clicked with me!

The Wonder Years, Pop Punk jams!

The Wonder Years is an uplifting, upbeat Pop Punk band from PA, and lets jsut say their music never fails to dissapoint. With heavy mix of punk riffs and drum beats along with the crisp vocals of Dan "Soupy" Campbell, this band is definately a winning combination. Their latest release "Suburbia: I've Given You All and Now I'm Nothing", definately suceeded the previous album "The Upsides" by far. With this being said, both are GREAT albums, and definately must listens. Some may think "What is Pop Punk?" or "I dont like Punk, why should i listen to this!?". Its not like that at all, Its more of Pop then Punk, and its a definite universal sound for all to enjoy. So dont hesitate, look them up, and get listening!
